A few Phuket-specific tips before you check out:
Large hotels handle a lot of parcels. Put your room number and booking name on the address so yours is easy to match.
Rawai and Nai Harn have many gated estates. Write the estate name into the address; couriers often ring from the gate, so have your phone nearby.
If you leave within 3 to 4 days, order earlier in your trip so the parcel is not still on the road when you head to the airport.
From about May to October the Andaman side is wet and windy. The roads keep running, but allow a little extra time now and then.
