Cannabis-Deal.com is operated by Delivery For You Co., Ltd., a licensed cannabis retailer in Pattaya, Thailand. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use our website and delivery service. We handle your data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

- We only collect what we need to process and deliver your order:
- - Your name, phone number and email address
- - Your delivery address (hotel, condo, villa or home)
- - Your order history
- - Age confirmation, and a copy or check of your ID if we need to verify your age
- - Your PT 33 prescription, which Thai law requires for buying cannabis flower
- - Messages you send us
- - Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and device type
- We use your information to:
- - Process, deliver and support your orders (needed to fulfil our contract with you)
- - Confirm that you are at least 20 years old and allowed to buy cannabis (required by Thai law)
- - Keep the PT 33 prescription record that Thai law requires. Prescriptions contain health information, so only the staff who need them can see them, and we never use them for marketing.
- - Contact you about your order
- - Keep order and accounting records (required by Thai law)
- - Improve our website and service
- - Send you offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
- PayPal and card payments are handled directly by the payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. For cash on delivery, bank transfer and crypto payments, we only keep the payment record linked to your order.
- We never sell your personal data. We only share it when needed:
- - With our own riders in Pattaya, and with Flash Express or a taxi driver for deliveries outside Pattaya. They receive your name, phone number and address only.
- - With payment providers such as PayPal, to process your payment
- - With our website hosting and email providers, which store data on our behalf
- - With Thai authorities, only when the law requires it
- Parcels are sealed and plain. Nothing on the outside shows what is inside or that it comes from a cannabis shop.
- Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- - Access and get a copy of your personal data
- - Correct inaccurate data
- - Ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it by law
- - Object to or restrict how we use your data
- - Receive your data in a common format (data portability)
- - Withdraw your consent at any time, for example to marketing
- - Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand
- To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We reply within 30 days.
- We use a small number of cookies:
- - Essential cookies for your cart, checkout and language choice
- - An age-check cookie that remembers for 1 day that you confirmed you are 20 or older
- - Analytics cookies that show us how visitors use the site, so we can improve it
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The cart and checkout may not work without essential cookies.
- Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only staff who need your data to handle your order can access it.
- We keep order records for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires. Other data, such as messages, is deleted when we no longer need it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier where the law allows.
- We are based in Thailand, and your data is processed under Thai law. Some of our service providers, such as payment and hosting providers, may store data outside Thailand. When that happens, we only use providers with appropriate data protection in place.
