These Terms and Conditions apply to the Cannabis-Deal.com website and delivery service (the "Service"), operated by Delivery For You Co., Ltd., Pattaya, Thailand ("we", "us" or "our").
By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
- 1.1. Delivery For You Co., Ltd. is licensed to sell cannabis in Thailand. We comply with Thai law on cannabis as a controlled herb.
- 1.2. As required by Thai law, cannabis flower is only sold with a valid PT 33 prescription from a licensed practitioner.
- 1.3. As required by Thai law, we do not sell cannabis to:
- anyone under 20 years old
- pregnant women
- breastfeeding women - 1.4. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 20 years old and none of the above applies to you. We may ask for ID at any time, including at the door. If you cannot show valid ID, we will not hand over the order.
- 1.5. We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe would break Thai law.
- 2.1. We sell cannabis flower and related products for delivery within Thailand.
- 2.2. We describe products, including THC and CBD content, as accurately as we can. Natural products vary slightly from batch to batch, and product photos are examples.
- 2.3. Prices, products and stock can change without notice. Out-of-stock products are marked on the website.
- 3.1. Every order is an offer to buy. It is only accepted once we confirm it, and depends on stock.
- 3.2. Pattaya: same-day delivery by our own riders, usually the same night. Far-out areas have a higher minimum order.
- 3.3. Rest of Thailand: sent by Flash Express in a sealed, discreet parcel, usually within 1–4 days. VIP customers can also be delivered by taxi.
- 3.4. Please give a correct address and phone number and stay reachable. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong details or if the recipient cannot be reached.
- 4.1. Pattaya: you pay when your order arrives, by cash, PayPal or crypto.
- 4.2. Rest of Thailand: we first confirm your order, then you pay in full before it ships. Payment methods are shown at checkout.
- 4.3. All prices are in Thai Baht and include all applicable taxes.
- 5.1. Cancellation: you can cancel for free before your order leaves us. Once a rider is on the way or the parcel has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
- 5.2. Pattaya deliveries: please check your order when it arrives, before you pay, so any problem can be solved on the spot.
- 5.3. Parcels: if something is wrong, missing or damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo if possible. We will replace the item or refund you.
- 5.4. Lost parcels: if Flash Express confirms that a parcel is lost, we send it again or refund you in full.
- 5.5. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because nobody accepted it, we refund the order minus the shipping cost, or resend it after you pay the new shipping cost.
- 6.1. Use our products responsibly and follow Thai law. In particular:
- Do not resell our products.
- Do not give them to anyone under 20, or to pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Do not smoke in public places or anywhere it bothers other people.
- Do not drive or operate machinery after use.
- Do not take cannabis out of Thailand. It is illegal in most other countries. - 6.2. If you create an account, keep your login details private.
- 7.1. The texts, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Delivery For You Co., Ltd. and may not be copied without our permission.
- 8.1. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or our products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
- 9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is handled by the Thai courts.
- 10.1. We may update these Terms, for example when Thai law changes. The latest version, with its date, is always on this page. Your order is governed by the Terms in place when you placed it.
